Noah was raised on a farm in Northern Vermont before attending Wheaton College in Massachusetts, graduating with a degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Physics. An interest in biology and engineering lead him to join the Blaber Lab in the Biomedical  Engineering department at RPI during the fall of 2020. Noah is co-advised by Dr. Elizabeth Blaber and Dr. Jennifer Hurley; his studies at RPI are supported by the NIH-NIGMS Biomolecular Science and Engineering Training fellowship. His research centers on spaceflight induced liver injury. Noah’s work addresses multiple factors contributing to liver injury including microgravity, radiation exposure, and aging. Outside of the lab Noah enjoys spending time in the Adirondack’s where he hikes and camps in the in the summer and skis in the winter.
